Abstrakt: Studien har genom semi-strukturerade intervjuer undersökt nyckelaktörers beskrivningar av problembilder och åtgärder i dagens Seved samt skillnader mellan beskrivningarna. Intervjudeltagarnas svar d v s resultat av uppsatsens metod har analyserats utifrån social desorganisation-teorin samt Broken windows-teorin. Studiens resultat visar: att det finns stöd för flertalet av de beskrivna problembilderna/åtgärderna i dagens Seved att kopplas till social desorganisations-teorin samt dess utveckling i form av kollektiv styrka-teorin. En del av Broken windows-teorins problembild kan kopplas samman till nyckelaktörers beskrivningar medan åtgärderna till största del inte överensstämmer med Broken windows. Mellan nyckelaktörer finns skillnader vilka kan förklaras genom att fler nyckelaktörer i större grad grundar sina problembilder utifrån social desorganisation och färre i Broken windows-teorin.

The purpose with this report is to examine how the implemented energy efficiency measures on Bokelundskolan in Växjö have had impact on the energy use. The measures which have been implemented are, new ventilation system, new heating system, optimized adjustment of the heating system, new windows with U-value 1.2 and lower window height, insulation under windows and in the crawl space. The school's energy use before and after rebuilding has been calculated with the calculation program, Vip-Energy 1.5.5.Calculations of energy use for the school with windows on U-value, 0.9 and 0.7 have also been done. SammanfattningDen här uppsatsen beskriver arbetet bakom migreringen av en .NET webapplikation skriven i C#, kallad AMM, till en molnapplikation som sedan lagts upp på Windows Azure datormoln.Arbetet är gjort på uppdrag av Sogeti Karlstad som är ett konsultföretag för IT-relaterade lösningar. Målet bakom migreringen var att utreda om Windows Azures molntjänst lämpade sig till att användas för mindre applikationer såsom denna.
